What is Coaching?

For most of my working life, I have been one of the fortunate ones that looked forward to each day and its challenges. Additionally, I got to practice at work, the skill that gave me the most satisfaction. The sad truth is that the majority of people are doing work they do not like or feel that something is significantly missing in their life. In the last 15-20 years there has been a solution for normal healthy people to seek true satisfaction and peace in their lives. That answer is life coaching — a set of skills and knowledge practiced by individuals who really care about helping people. All my life professional and personally I attempted to deal with the human side of solutions to technical and stressful situations.

As a catalyst for change, I perfected skills about how people relate to the world around them in demanding situations. I believe this is a good basis combined with my recent studies with Coaches Training Institute to offer my services as a Life Coach. I hope you know that I have been a caring person in my life as well as effective in tasks I pursue.

I believe the value of every life is tremendous and that the potential of the average person is limitless. Every person is entitled to seek to maximize their potential and to minimize the sorrows and maximize the joys and satisfaction in their life. The answer for each person is within each person. Not only is it very difficult to be objective about yourself but also most people are too busy and too self limiting to find the answers. Life Coaching is objective, brings a definite and effective set of skills and is and invitation to live life fully.

  • Providing the structure and focus needed for the client to stay in action
  • Holding you accountable to action in between our calls
